Amanda graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Utah in 2015 then went to Boise State University where she received her Masters of Social Work in 2019.
Amanda has always been passionate about helping others find their way in life. She originally entered the path of nursing in hopes to help those in her community before she soon realized while working as surgical tech, she wanted to provide more. This soon led her towards becoming a LCSW and working within the community on helping others achieve their goals. She has always loved helping those around her and believes that everyone has the chance of discovering their full potential.
Amanda enjoys working with children, families, and adults. She has worked with children from ages 3 and up, helping them navigate their feelings and developing healthier behavioral responses. She feels that families work best when understanding, validation and healthy communication take place. Amanda has had the opportunity to work strongly with families in developing healthy attachments and working together as a family unit. She also enjoys helping adults identify goals while working side by side to help achieve identified goals.
